Cascade Sun Works, a growing solar contracting firm in Central Oregon, is pleased to announce the completion of another large-scale residential project.  The project, a custom home built by Ed Cockman and located in the Stone Ridge development, includes a 120,000 Btu per day solar collection system with 150 gallons of hot water storage.  The home includes advanced thermal construction and uses a radiant floor heating system.  A Daystar custom control panel and heat exchanger was designed and installed to handle the entire heating needs of the home throughout the spring, summer and fall and up to 25% of the total during the winter months.
