This 4,600 ft² house used Warm Board on all three floors with tubing set at 12" centers.  Six zones were installed using a combination of telstated manifolds and zone valves.  This open loop system uses a Takagi T-M1 Hot Water Heater as the heat source for both radiant floor heat as well as domestic hot water with a Roth 4-way mixing valve controlled by an outdoor reset control..

A Lifebreath 200 MAX HRV was installed providing the house with clean fresh air..
